Ammi, Baba and Dado appear in the story. Tell us if you want changes and we will confirm on WhatsApp.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer to DEVSTAX PVT LTD. You can also send it from JazzCash or Easypaisa to our bank account. Upload the receipt when you order, or send it later from the Track your order page.
Will it really look like my child?
You approve a preview first. If something looks off, we fix it before printing.
What photo should I send?
One clear, front-facing photo in good light, with only your child in it.
How do I know what is happening with my order?
You get an order number by email. Enter it on the Track your order page to see the latest status any time.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You get a full refund if you cancel before we confirm your order or within 24 hours of ordering, and 50% after that until printing starts. Refunds reach your account within 7 working days. See our refund policy for details.
Is there cash on delivery?
Every book is made just for your child, so payment comes before printing.
